Gabriela M. Pino, MS, CCMA
Owner & Founder
Gabriela is committed to delivering an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience at Korra Aesthetics. With a background working alongside prominent beauty brands such as Love Beauty & Planet and extensive experience managing aesthetics and wellness medical practices across South Florida, she brings a refined blend of clinical understanding, operational leadership, and brand vision to the practice.
A Miami native and New York University alumna, Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development. During her eight years living, studying, and working in Manhattan, she developed a deep passion for the Aesthetics and Beauty industry. She later earned her Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) credential through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), strengthening her clinical foundation and elevating the level of care she provides within the practice.
With her CCMA training, Gabriela supports the clinical operations of Korra Aesthetics, including assisting with patient intake, treatment preparation, blood draws, vitamin injections, and IV therapy under the supervision of our medical providers. Though she does not personally perform aesthetic treatments, her clinical background plays a vital role in ensuring that every patient’s experience is safe, seamless, and guided with expertise.
As the Owner of Korra Aesthetics, Gabriela oversees the full patient journey—from appointment coordination to client education to daily collaboration with her team of skilled medical professionals. Her mission is to create a welcoming, calming, and results-driven environment where each patient feels valued, understood, and cared for with intention.
Beyond operations, Gabriela leads all brand and marketing strategy for Korra Aesthetics. With a sharp eye for beauty, wellness, and digital storytelling, she ensures the practice is represented with clarity, sophistication, and clinical credibility across all platforms. From social media to in-practice messaging, she is dedicated to shaping a cohesive luxury experience both online and in person.
Outside of the practice, Gabriela enjoys spending time with her beloved Australian Shepherd, King, whose energy and loyalty brighten her days. She is also passionate about environmental sustainability. As the Co-Founder of Ecopod—a refill kiosk company focused on reducing plastic waste—she supports accessible eco-friendly solutions for homes and communities. She actively participates in local beach cleanups with organizations like Clean Miami Beach, helping preserve Miami’s coastal ecosystems and natural beauty.
Through her dedication to patient care, community impact, and sustainable living, Gabriela continues to shape Korra Aesthetics into a destination where beauty, wellness, and purpose come together seamlessly.
Alexandra “Ali” Wiley, PA-C
Physician Assistant | Aesthetics
Alexandra “Ali” Wiley, PA-C, is a highly skilled Physician Assistant specializing in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Advanced Aesthetic Medicine, and Medical Weight Management. With a multidisciplinary background spanning emergency medicine, cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, and metabolic wellness, Ali offers a rare combination of surgical precision, clinical expertise, and artistic vision—making her one of Miami’s most trusted injectors and patient-care providers.
Ali completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Tampa, graduating with honors. She has undergone extensive hands-on training alongside leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons, gaining advanced experience in both surgical and non-surgical rejuvenation techniques. Her commitment to continuous education ensures patients receive the safest and most effective treatments available.
In addition to her role at Korra Aesthetics, Ali also practices at Baptist Health’s Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Department, where she participates in complex reconstructive cases and deepens her mastery of facial anatomy, symmetry, and structural balance. This dual clinical environment elevates her skillset as an injector and aesthetic provider, giving her a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and high-level patient care.
At Korra Aesthetics, Ali is also one of our primary providers for medical weight loss treatments, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide therapy, offering personalized dosing guidance, patient monitoring, and result-driven support. She additionally serves as one of our IV therapy providers, administering customized vitamin drips designed to enhance energy, recovery, immunity, and overall wellness.
Ali is known for creating natural, balanced, and beautifully tailored results, specializing in full-face balancing, advanced contouring, neurotoxins, injectable artistry, and holistic treatment planning. Her warm, detail-focused, patient-first approach makes every treatment feel thoughtful, intentional, and aligned with each patient’s unique goals.

Kassandra “Kasey” Estefan is a licensed esthetician with over four years of hands-on experience in professional skincare, advanced rejuvenation treatments, and luxury spa service. Her background includes working in renowned hotel spas and reputable medical spas throughout South Florida, giving her a unique blend of hospitality-level care and clinically driven technique.
Kasey specializes in corrective and resurfacing treatments, customized facials, and results-oriented skincare plans tailored to each client’s needs. She is certified in the VI Peel and is highly skilled in microneedling, helping patients achieve clearer, smoother, and more radiant skin through safe, effective, and personalized treatment protocols.
Her approach to esthetics is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and patient-centered. She combines her advanced technical skills with a warm and calming presence, creating an experience that is both transformative and deeply relaxing. AIMEE GREEN DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner | Functional Medicine & Wellness
Aimee Green, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Functional Medicine with a focused expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). With a strong background in integrative and root-cause medicine, Aimee is dedicated to helping patients restore balance, improve vitality, and optimize long-term wellness through personalized hormone care.
Aimee holds advanced certifications including ANCC, ACLS, BLS, and specialized training in hormone replacement pellet therapy. Her clinical experience spans preventive care, metabolic optimization, women’s health, and hormone-focused wellness, allowing her to create individualized treatment plans that address underlying imbalances and support each patient’s unique goals.
At Korra Aesthetics, Aimee exclusively provides HRT and TRT services, guiding patients through evaluation, optimization, monitoring, and follow-up with a compassionate, thoughtful, and evidence-based approach.
She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Master of Science in Nursing, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and is an active member of the ANA and the NP Council of Miami-Dade.
